Our agreement with you:

We are Cliff-In Adventures, a tours and travel company and we look forward to the opportunity to take you on trips, tours, day outs and adventures. These general terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cliff-in Adventures. The term “you” and “your” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a trip or adventure with us; also, the term “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all the persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

 

Booking and Payment:

• To reserve a travel package with Cliffin Adventures, clients must provide a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.

• Payment methods accepted may include credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.

• We do not make any charges for payments by debit card. Payments by credit cards might be subject to a handling fee.

• If you do not pay your outstanding balance within 7 days after the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at loss of deposit.
   

Cancellations and Changes :

• ​Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of trip or service booked. Refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

• Tailor-made tours may have unique cancellation terms, which will be communicated to clients upon booking.
   

Responsibility and Liability:

• Cliff-In Adventures is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience incurred during travel unless resulting directly from negligence on our part.

• Clients are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.

• Cliff-In Adventures prioritizes safety. However, clients must adhere to safety guidelines, instructions, and local laws during the trip.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen medical emergencies and travel disruptions.

Privacy :

Cliff-in Adventures respects clients' privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

Complaints and Queries :

• By booking a travel package or service with Cliff-In, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to updates and changes, which will be communicated to clients as necessary.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any legal actions will be resolved in the courts of Telangana.
