RELEASE OF LIABILITY

III. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS:

Release of Liability Agreement This agreement releases Cliff-In Adventures (Company) from all liabilities relating to injuries that may happen during an activity, on a location, etc.

By signing this agreement,

• I agree to hold the company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred.

• I am at least 18 years of age.

• I understand my safety is my responsibility.

• I acknowledge that there are risks involved and hazards to which I may be exposed while participating on this Trip or to this Location, including but not limited to the following:
  a) theft, vandalism or loss of personal property;
  b) motor vehicle or traffic accidents and a poor road and transportation system;
  c) exposure to wildlife;
  d) different environmental and weather conditions;
  e) the medical facilities in this Location may well be of a lower standard in certain areas.

• I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss, resulting therefrom.

• I agree not to consume alcohol during the tour if I am under 21 years of age or do not have valid government issued identification in my possession during the tour.

• I agree that Cliff-Inn Adventures is not liable for delay or cancellation resulting from acts of fire, natural disaster, strikes, or civil disturbance.
  
  By signing below, I forfeit all rights to sue the company for any reason. I will adhere to all safety precautions mentioned by the company. I _____________, fully understand and agree to the above terms.
